When Europe asked for a Milestone 2 smartphone, the continuation of the Milestone series and the European replacement for the Motorola Droid 2, the manufacturer had to deliver. So bellow, we present you today, the Motorola Milestone 2 release date and specs. This isn’t yet confirmed, nor the full spec shit is complete, but it’s a step from where we can begin later. As for the price of this wonderful piece of work, nothing has been announced.
First of all, let’s get things right. The Motorola Milestone 2 is exactly like the Motorola Droid 2, excepting one little feature, that is very important to some of us. The Milestone 2 specs include a 1GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM, a camera with 5 megapixels. When it comes to storage options, you will get 8GB of internal storage, plus a pre-included 8GB microSD card. The best part is the OS: Android 2.2 ( Froyo ) included, with a little touch of Motoblur. As the company stated, the will not drop their own baby, in favor of any Google’s creation.
The one thing that the Motorola Milestone 2 specs have above the Droid 2 is the 720p video recording. As for the connectivity options, the Milestone 2 will enjoy HotSpot capabilities compatible with 5 devices. That’s for creating your own little web.
As for the Motorola Milestone 2 release date, the device is expected to land in Europe in Q4 2010. That means before Christmas, so prepare your shopping bags.
