How to root the Advent Vega

Even though, there are a lot of procedures in which you can learn how to root your Advent Vega tablet, many users are still having problems in completing this task. That’s why during this step by step guide I will show you the easiest and fastest method that will offer you root permissions over your Android based Vega device. The apps needed for the operation, along with the advantages / negative aspects are presented during the lines from below, so take a look and see if you can make it through. For any questions, you can speak with us in the comments area from the end of the post.

Now, you must learn how to root the Advent Vega tablet if you are looking forward in unchain it from the factory restrictions, gain extra access over its internal system and over the operating system, or if you want to install a custom recovery image, or flash a custom ROM (such as CyanogenMod) on it. After this, you will be able to power up the performances of your device (and I bet you need to do this as the Vega is not that powerful), customize and optimize the Android platform in order to gain speed and an improved battery life. The advantages are many, but I let you discover the rest of them by yourself.

But, as for all the things out there, there are also some negative aspects too. First of all, the rooting process will make you void your Advent warranty, so if you are not comfortable with this, you should stop here. If somehow, something is going wrong you will be on your own. Then, if the rooting process doesn’t complete correctly it could damage the software. This means that it will require a factory recover, causing all data on the tablet to be lost. Therefore, it is more than recommended to backup the Advent Vega data, apps and everything else you need to (make sure you save the data stored on the SD card as well, because we want to avoid all the unpleasant situations).
